Lake Primary School

Overlooking the famous Lake Victoria in Homa Bay County is the Lake Primary School.

The large population of students  means the school often faces many challenges. One of those challenges is the sanitation situation. The latrines are old and hazardous, and they do not offer the pupils any privacy. 

GPFD and the administration came together to build new latrines. The ongoing project is right on track, and the pupils, teachers and community are excited to see how it will turn out once completed.
